CarolBrass CTR-4440L-PSM Bb Trumpet

The CarolBrass CTR-4440L-PSM Bb Trumpet is made from phosphor bronze with reversed leadpipe and standard size, medium weight bell. The use of phosphor bronze gives the 4440L-PSM a soft, smokey sound when played softly with the ability to sound strong yet full when pushed louder. The PSM bell gives a nicely focused sound with excellent projection, if you want a greater spread of sound consider CTR-4440L-PLM which features a larger bell. A great trumpet for big band and and small group jazz. Supplied with two tuning slides – square (traditional feel) and rounded (less resistance) – and two sets of valve caps – heavy and light to allow the player to choose the right feel for them.
